It had a wonderful crust! So buttery and flaky. None of my guests knew it was gluten free and kept wanting more! My family lives the pecan but i loved the. Chocolate chess thee best! Score! My new go to place for pie! Btw I’ve been gluten free for 20 years and I’ve seen the good and the bad and the ugly. This was stellar!
