Follow instructions on the bottle. Afterwards, spin bearing constantly for two minutes. It's awesome stuff Failure to follow instructions could result in a ruined bearing.

It kinda expensive for a small size, but it works great!

I just don’t like the fact that there is just a little bit of this stuff, even though it works great it takes a good bit for the recommended amount of use
