External material is nice. Seems water repellent. Internal material is comparable to other dey bags.
The seal design is not very durable or robust, only using hard plastic, and does not seem to provide a liquid tight seal.
Maybe best suited for protection from rain, not necessarily submersion/ plunge, cataract, torrent, or rushing water.
