Poor Customer Service

I ordered a cat box for $23.99 and I loved the fact they were a small business so it made me consider them a family oriented business. Little did I know I enjoy the products from the first box but wanted to cancel the subscription so I got on the shop app and tried to cancel my subscription. Even the shop app told me to to contact catbox website. I looked at the website and under questions and answers they said to log into my account and pause or cancel the subscription. I logged into my account and there was no where to cancel or even pause the subscription. All the website stated was my order number and if it was fufilled or unfufilled. Then I sent catbox an email on 06/20/2026 stating I don't see where to cancel my order. That email was ignored and I never heard a response or phone number to get into contact with anyone. Then, I automatically got an email that stated my next box has been ordered. Again I tried to get a contact and didnt hear back so I wrote a not very nice email due to me being very frustrated. Finally, I heard back from one of the owners who was real nice and apologetic but once again there was another email that Its to late to cancel its already been processed. Granted, this was on June 22nd that its too late and you look into the account and this so called catbox is not coming till July 19th. This is just shy of a month in advance and I get an email that states no refunds. I will never come back to this business especially such a small business that currently is operating solely on the all mighty dollar and taking advantage of a situation that wasn't my fault. They are other businesses out there that truly care and find solutions to a customer concern. I had to give only 1 star it technically should be no stars.

Fun for my cats

Coco my color point cat loved the box he literally got in it. BumperZ my other cat luved the wet food. They luved the treats n toys. I love the free furniture fur removal tool. BumperZ is 16 yrs old 4-1 is his birthday and Coco is 5 yrs and his day is 5-15.

Callie loves Catbox!

Callie loves receiving a special package each month with themed toys and treats. She especially loved the toy springs and flower with wooden chew stick in last month’s box. This month the treats and palm tree are her favorite!
