Poorly fitting t-shirt

As others have reviewed, this garment is a t-shirt and not a cycling jersey. It also seems to run small. When I tried to return it, the website would not allow me to initiate a return saying the the item was not eligible for returns. When I contacted customer service asking why I got no reply. Buying an ugly color is my own fault. This shirt will not be worn.
