Rickety and shoddy

Heavy materials so I assumed sturdy, but as I used it, it was super rickety. My wife was cracking up given the noises this thing was making as it shook. I'm medium height and weight, so not a big guy, but something isn't right here. I assembled it as outlined, tightened all the bolts, checked it many times over, etc., so I feel pretty confident this isn't user error. I'm a big fan of KOT and have recommended the program to several people. It's why I ordered this through ATG - but this is an iteration (or several) too early / not market ready

We use it every day

My husband and I both are rehabbing injured knees and this is a great machine. My physical therapist told me about the knees over toes exercises and they have been so helpful. So happy to have the treadmill now too!
