Product Gift Wrap Gift Package

I have loved all the pieces that I have received. Generally the delivery was timely, however I ordered 2 necklaces for Christmas in November 2022 for gifts. I had to contact over and over to find out when and if they'd arrive by Christmas. I was assured both would arrive for Christmas. Alas, only one arrived (I ordered them on at the same time, but they were shipped separately for some reason.) It is now 2 days after Christmas and I have still not received the second necklace. So my sister was without a gift on Christmas day!!! I say again, the jewelry I have received is dazzling. But if you need things by a specific date, you should order early.
