The cereal says what it does, and does what it says!! And I need to say, just as important as a fantastic product, is above average customer service! We had a small issue with an order and it was handled promptly, professionally and better than we could have expected!

Great crunch

I really like the cereal because of the texture and taste but I don’t like the high price….

Exceeds expectations for fiber content and crunchiness.

After years forcing down Metamucil by gobbling down a slurry of water and psyllium, this cereal is a far more enjoyable way to get over 7 times more fiber in a single consumption. There is no vegetable or supplement that can help meet the daily requirements of soluble and insoluble fiber so quickly. Plus it stays crunchy in milk far longer than most cereal, probably due to the fiber content. I add oat milk, frozen berries, almond slices and even some flax seed meal and I’m set. It’s great to have this part of my life be more predictable and dependable. Can’t wait for my next blood tests to see how getting the recommended amount of fiber affects my cholesterol and other numbers. Plus I love the very low sugar content. In a world where even “healthy” cereals have too much sugar, it’s great to have a cereal with so many win/wins. Congrats to the company for not giving into the customers who have become addicted to sugary cereals, and giving real fans a uniquely healthy alternative that is fun to eat and can be the perfect canvas to add our own flavors.
