We LOVE this product. Had a minor error code pop up during the initial set-up but that reaolved itself. Great tasting water and crystal clear ice. Will by another one for additional sink downstairs someday.

Just was installed this week. So far, I give it 5 stars. It is compact and; *the RO faucet aside from looking really sleek, matches my regular faucet & appliances’ trim in stainless steel. It lets you choose the number of oz. you want to fill your container with & auto stops when that number is reached or, you can stop it by pressing the knob & change it. Basically, it does the measuring for you. * If it is time to change filters,the lights on the faucet indicating the different filters will change from blue to red. Being brand new, the filters are already in place but they make the filter changeout so convenient by pulling the magnetic cover and pulling out the different filters then plug in the new ones. (I had a countertop water filter before & I dreaded changing the filter on that product because the design made it so hard to remove the filter & needed O-rings. So frustrating! *It has a built-in UV filter that will last about 50 yrs.

Absolutely a wonderful RO system. The water taste good. The filters are great. And the flow rate is fast. True that when you start, it shoots out water a but too strongly, but I got used to it. It does make some noise, but not crazy loud. It is more pricey, but honestly, it’s a great product so far. High recommend!
