Brilliant result

Everything went well with this order and my granddaughter loves her monogrammed waffle robe. Communication was great from the start. The robe was ordered in specifically for me, and having tried various other websites in an attempt to order a robe, I can absolutely recommend Initially London as the easiest to navigate. I enjoyed looking at all the different fonts and choosing a colour for the initials. The package arrived promptly and was well wrapped. I could not be more pleased.
