10K Gold Elsa Princess Stud Earring

She loves them!

My daughter is almost 3 and loves these earrings. She doesn’t complain about them and they stay in because the back is screw on. Plus they are Elsa! The only issue we have with them is somehow Elsa got bent.

I rarely post a negative review, but felt the need to after a lack of response from the business owner after several attempts to rectify the problem. The earrings I purchased for my granddaughter broke after 2 weeks of her wearing them. One completely snapped in half & the other is very close to breaking. I reached out to Liv.Aura & shared photos of the product. I was told she would replace one earring. I explained that the other was very close to breaking, as you could see in the photo, and asked her to replace the pair. She has since not responded to me, even after sending at least 5 follow-up emails & has never sent a replacement of any kind. This to me represents terrible customer service. Also, the product is obviously of poor quality. I am a very disappointed customer!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Elsa earrings

My 4 yr old granddaughter loves them. I’m so glad I found them online. No one else had them and I received them in time for her birthday party. She hasn’t taken them out since. Thank you for your product.
