Weird sizing

Ordered a medium, had to exchange for a small. In no world do I wear a small…!!?? The small does fit well though.

I liked it. However, the calf area was a little snug, I have muscular calves. The hip/ thigh area fits fine. I bought the medium in a different color and it’s a like too baggy. Love the color.
