Cute fit!

The fit of the dresw is super cute. I have it in another pattern and get compliments on it all the time. I wear it out causally as it's a litte to heavy for tennis and it lacks the collar I need for golf. The medium fit well and wasn't too tight on my chest (32 DDD).

Size

The medium fits like your new smalls. The small sizes have begun to fit like XS. I always buy a small in this dress and the smalls I bought in March came fitting like an XS, so I had to purchase mediums for them. Prior year smalls are fit like the new medium.
