I ordered an xs but ended up finding a small was the perfect fit. I’m 5’4” and 125 lbs. This dress looks so sleek and hugs all the right places while hiding my insecurities. Highly recommend.

Disappointed at lack of response

I purchased the smooth sport sleeveless Panama sport dress in an xs. It was tight in the shoulders so wanted to exchange for a small was was no longer available. When I went to return the item (which has been reduced) it would not let me return. There had been no written messaging that it was a final sale so I sent customer service an email. That was a week ago. Today I called their number and still no response. I like their products, but their lack of response is disappointing. Their messaging regarding sale items does not clarify no returns.
