Shipped quickly and well. It had a couple of concave areas upon inflating, but I reached out to customer service, who responded immediately with the suggestion to mist with water. Now it’s perfect.

As described. The wire insert needed some adjustment before it would work properly, but generally good.

We needed a light for our dark living room, and this was the perfect shade. I like the fact that it’s saucer shaped, which is better for this lower ceiling height than a globe would be. Easy to assemble and looks great. My only gripe is that the white metal piece (the one that is inserted into the shade to keep its shape) broke pretty much immediately, but thankfully there was a metal one included as well.
