I ordered a T-shirt from Teddy Morse and it came as the wrong thing. I called them and they couldn’t have possibly been more apologetic and understanding. The guy I talked to sent me the correct T-shirt that same day and included a way to return the incorrect one at no cost to me. The right shirt showed up 3 days later and was perfect. They are human, they might make mistakes but they did everything possible to fix it. That’s an are thing theses days and I appreciated the exceptional customer service.
