Product looks like great quality, the box it came it had the fastener push through and rip a hole in the box. might need reinforcement locally over that area so customers don't receive a product with a damaged box. For me that means I start looking into what else has been damaged or if the product is satisfactory.

Delivery was excellent. The product seems strong and professionally made. It is heavy but I guess it has to be. It certainly provides the extra lift for ground clearance for my ebike on the bike rack. My only suggestion would be the insert into the receiver has a bit of slack the makes it rattle a bit. But otherwise very happy to recommend.

This item arrived well packaged and delivered safely. Looks great, fits perfectly, can't wait to try it out.
