AS with the two other painting kits I have purchased I enjoyed the experience immensely. I will be purchasing a fourth paint-by-numbers kit this coming week. The length of time I spent doing the painting occurred because of my personal physical limitations.

I am loving every minute of painting. I am doing this as therapy as I lost my beautiful husband after 59 years and felt so lonely I have a feeling I will do more I try to do about 2 hours every day

Not as easy as it looks

Parrot Party is rated 'easy.' Don't be fooled. I grew frustrated & disappointed, the more I painted. The paint was patchy & lines were showing through. I contacted support & was told to join the painters on Facebook, which I don't use. I joined a forum for PBN on Reddit & received some good advice, but not much for painting already done. I have done a number of PBN now & this is the first time I've needed to do 2 & 3 coats (& still not happy with some areas.) If you do choose to paint this one, take special care beforehand. 1. Gesso your canvas. 2. Use a form of white out on the lines before painting. I used a fine Posca pen. 3. Add Acrylic Flow Medium to your paint, which makes a huge difference to the paint, goes on smoother & not patchy.
