I was lucky enough to get Sam as my consultant. She was so supportive and encouraging, especially when things didn’t go to plan. She provided clear instructions but also allowed me to be flexible with my approach. After implementing her suggestions my bub started falling asleep independently and having longer stretches of sleep. Thank you Sam!!

Easy changes to our routine made the world of a difference!
