Loved the boots . That is until the the uppers came away from the sole. This happened after less than a month and having worn them no more than 7 times to walk to work and back . Poor quality and customer service initially asked me to box them up for DHL to pick up then have stopped responding to me . I’ve been sitting with the boots boxed up to return for a week. Customer service just stopped communication and haven’t replied for a week . Such poor service from a company I’ve bought a lot from.
