It is solid and sturdy. It's not going anywhere when in the middle of an intense race. It's quite heavy too, so I wouldn't recommend trying to move it often. There are so many points for adjusting to the right position, so don't expect to get it set up immediately right out of the box. Took me at least 3 hours of tinkering, and I still haven't found the "sweet" spot. FlI have shown this to many friends, and every one of them has responded with, "Wow, that's cheap!" Considering the price tag on similar style rigs being well over $200.
Great product, and I recommend checking out this local company!
