Birthstone Charm Pendant Sterling Silver

I purchased 6 Birthstone charms, 5 were just beautiful, however the stone in the 6th wasn't quite as nice. I contacted Daisy who were brilliant, really helpful, the returns procedure was very straightforward and the replacement (which is as beautiful as the others) arrived very quickly. We're delighted.
