Lottie Lounge Set

The product itself is amazing and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. My order arrived over a month late, and despite sending multiple emails requesting updates, I never received a response. While I’m very happy with the quality of the product, the lack of communication and support made the overall experience frustrating. Great product, but significant improvements are needed in customer service and order communication.
