I love the color, the fabric, and the concept. The embroidery on the logo looks not great I can’t find anywhere to ask if this is normal or I got a dud. Going to contact us or the return section of the website just asks me to sign up for the newsletter I can live with it but just be aware that sales ate likely final via dark pattern obfuscation on their website
