Simple Pergola Frame Kit For Any-Size Pergola

We ordered the set we liked and the next day we were informed that some of the parts were back ordered. That happens and we were fine waiting a few extra weeks to receive everything. Once the brackets arrived two of the boxes had some damage to the exterior box. The packaging was so good that the interior boxes were damage free (nice job). While we were putting our pergola together we had one rafter bracket that did not have all of the holes in it, nothing a drill and drill bit could not take care of (quality Control 4.9, it happens). We are planing to mount a swinging bed inside of the pergola so we did not use the screws provided instead we used a GRK type of structural screw with a higher weight load per screw. Overall we are very pleased with the brackets and with the ease it was to put together.

Support really went above and beyond

Before buying, support was really helpful with guidance and recommendations for my project. Unfortunately during shipping my kit suffered damages. When i reached back to support they really went the extra mile to make sure I was covered and offered many alternatives to fix the issue. I'd buy from them again 10/10 times
