We haf an initial minor issue, but owner and customer service was very responsive.. not sure why the bad review people feel the way they do, but the company was super responsive and helped us out with everything! And outside of that the actual production and wuality of these bags exeed my expectations and i will buy these for yesrs to come. 🙌🏼
