Negroni - Bittersweet Orange Rooibos Tea (Caffeine Free)

Maybe it's just me....?

I wanted to like this tea so badly, but I just couldn't get a taste for it. I tried it alone, then with milk, then with added sweetener. The bitterness was just not my thing. I hate negative reviews so I'm just going to say - it's a flavor that did not agree with me. I'l be giving it some more tries again. Who knows. I may like it later???

I already loved Negronis (Campari and gin). This tea definitely brings that wonderful cocktail to mind. I’m already a Rooibos fan. This tea steps up the Rooibos game of flavor and calm.

I have tried two or three teas with an orange flavor component and accidentally ordered Biarritz, the one with amaretto and orange. Then, I got a sample of Negroni and realized why I was disappointed with Biarritz. The amaretto in Biarritz mellows the orange essence and is softer and more rounded, but the Negroni is bright, clean and more intensely orange. It is delicious and for those with caffeine concerns, please know that neither of them have caffeine! Rooibos is an herbal tea and has no caffeine! My treat in the evenings is a cup of hot tea with a piece of shortbread or a biscuit. Enjoy!!
