Instructions were clear, the blinds work great and easily integrated into my smart home (zwave controller). Customer support pre-sales was great at answering all my questions as well. I’m already planning my next order for our upstairs blinds.

Pros: - Better than roller shades because they collapse on themselves at the bottom - Works with Home Assistant* - Great style, lightweight - Perfect fit Cons: - Awkward battery attachment (new models do no use the plastic clip, but a finicky wire version) - Loud. At least 3x louder that an IKEA Fyrtür - *Does not report position or battery consistently

Easy install. Connecting Alexa had get the extra wifi hub, then to go through another app and then connect that app to Alexa. Also battery is NOT hidden. Should have longer cables to mount on battery on wall or under curtains to hide it as it is a real eaysore. Got the 12v wall adapter but same problem that cord is way too short. Make some different length cable extentions just for this purpose and you'll sell a ton of them, guaranteed! Also get matter going with more than the roller blinds will help. Love the shade other than these issues. Hope this helps you with future sales. If you need a tester for new items, I'm you guy with 40 yrs in IT and the even more in home remodels!
