Great product, customer service needs a little bit of work!

I love the product, and I would’ve gave a full five star review. But I just feel as if customer service and communication is not that great. I don’t know if there’s a massive time difference, nor if your New Jersey facility does do any customer service. But I did have a few problems with customer service and getting answers in a timely manner. But product is amazing!
