On line customer Service was great!! The ring is beautiful and nice crafted. I was little bit disappointed the engraving part were to dark to see the details. Wish were lighter would been show the ring better. My daughter had order same ring in different colors hers were liter color engraved and so much prettier an can see the details right away. otherwise the ring is well made.
