Diamond nail drill bit, "flame" , red, head diameter 2,3 mm/ working part 10 mm -FA10R023/10

The quality is not there. I used the bit once and it feels like it’s been used for a month. Got Dull after the 1st use. I’m not sure if I’m able to exchanged the bits I’ve already used but I’m Trying to exchange the unopened flame bits and still no response. I’ve emailed twice.
