Amazing craftmanship, communication and customer service. We ordered at about 7:30 on a Friday night, emailed our details and got a response saying we would get a proof of the order in a day or two later that night about 10! Early Monday afternoon we had the proof... and it was just as requested. It was a great purchase, and we were kept up to date on the progress throughout the whole time from ordering to when it arrived via email... 11 days total with 4 days of weekends included. Thank you so much. We love it and so will our daughter.
