works very well on hard surfaces

I do tiles and mugs and the paper works well with Cosmos Ink. very little image left on the paper and works with the temperature and times of my the other papers I've tried.

Utterly Disappointed

I've emailed and messages no less than 10 times and have yet to receive a response. I have an order from over a month ago that still has not shipped. I want my money back.
