Great concept but...

I love the idea of a condenser mic and camera combo at a reasonable cost. But out of the box I'm finding some issues. No matter what gain settings I use, the volume is minimal. The video images are a bit flat on color and sharpness just isn't there. Annoyingly the cable is too short to easily position around my desk. I was excited to try it, but this isn't working for me.
