I was amazed at how soft this was coming straight out of the box!! There's a bunch of little adjustments you can do (that don't exist with other carriers) that help this beauty to uniquely conform to you or your baby. I love that it's good up until toddlerhood!! You can cross the back straps for a different type of support and back carry as well. My bubs snuggled in and was so content. My favorite part was turning the hood into a headrest 😍
