The reaction of the girl to whom I gave it was my reward. She was completely thrilled. And she is someone who is very demanding about quality, style, and craftsmanship. I initially came to your site initially looking for a necktie for myself, and I will eventually order one, or many! But when I saw your collection of scarves for women I knew I had found the perfect Christmas present for my dear friend. The only problem I had was in deciding which one to get her! They are all so beautiful! That your company is small and family owned is not lost on me and is apparent in the entire process - from the style of your website and how the merchandise is presented, to how it’s packaged and shipped, to the outstanding workmanship, to the friendly and informative tracking notices, and a request for feedback. It is rare to find such attentiveness at every level of production, and I think to a large extent that is only attainable with smaller companies. I honestly felt like I walked into a fine boutique shop and received the utmost personal attention. You folks really have something very special and precious in Elizabetta.
