Modified Decals Reverse Cut Out Windshield Banner

Vinyl quality was good but it came crumpled in a box tons of bubbles and creases in the top cap layer of the film. Did not apply well. I've applied many banners on my cars. I know it was not my process of applying. Just thew it away. Sucks because all of modified decals items are amazing quality and i have been buying for years.
