We had a tight timeline for getting a mat printed for a conference, and the shipping estimate was shipped earlier than expected. The Customer support team was responsive, and replied within 24 hours, and worked to help my details and shipping changes were covered, but it shipped before I could update the address! To improve: - The external dimensions of the printable area were not clear, and we needed to re-design once we got the proof to match the smaller dimensions than listed: product listed as 6'x8', final product was smaller than that, but rounded up to those dimensions. - The printable dimensions were smaller than we expected. - From the finished piece we learned that printed text (white text on colored dark background) looks okay in photos, but looks fuzzy/not sharp when printed on the rug fiber pile.
