Fabulous throwback to my childhood

You can’t find Boston-style meat knishes outside of Boston. I miss them. They were a staple whenever we had company. My dad would drive to Harvard Street in Brookline to buy them. These were identical to what I remembered — golden crust (tip: brush lightly with an egg wash before warming to get the right color), the same meat and flavor I recall from decades ago. Pricey? Sure. But worth every penny.

Missed these!!

I haven’t had knishes in so long and I’m so glad I ordered these! Soooo good and easy. Need to order in bulk to always have in the freezer!
