I'm getting healthier by eating low carb and I came upon this looking for a good way to get extra protein ! Its also at my local market. I picked this one after exhausting all my skills looking for the best one for me. It has gone in every morning coffee since the day I got it. But, don't blend it too much, or you will coffee with a bit too much foam ! A packed scoop and I have the most decadent foamy deliscious cuppa ! I look forward every morning to my upgraded coffee !! Minimal ingredients, pasture and grass raised, quality all the way. You can't go wrong. My hubs is using it now too ! I'm intend on trying some other flavors in the future ! This one will go on subscription :) Oh, great customer service too !
