When my dog died I wanted a special locket to keep with me always; therein lies my order with "by charlotte". Not only was it silver, which is my metal of choice, they also offered a service of printing a mini version of a favourite photo to put inside; this was a game changer. The circle at the top of the locket is also big enough to tread most chains through, which is not always the case with many charms and lockets. It's perfect!
