Beyond our expectations! First of all shout out to the NYC store. They were kind enough to send me photos of people sitting in the chair in various poses as it was no refundable and my husband was worried. The chairs in our living room are transformative! Absolutely perfect height, arm is awesome with space to move them, and the quality is amazing. I would buy again without hesitation!
