So far so good
I ordered it for my son who thinks it is very comfortable. I tried it myself and will also probably buy one for myself. Despite our height difference, it seems to work well for both of us. Have had it for 15 days so far.

It’s fine
It’s a perfectly fine chair, not worth the price tag in my opinion. It gives the impression that it’s going to loosen up and feel sloppy in no time. The seat is very comfortable, the arm rests have enough adjustment to be useful for when I need to change my wrist positions. I do find the armrests to be a little hard, but I’m a small dude so I’m probably in the minority with that. I like the recline and the headrest makes a huge difference with that. I know someone with the Ergonomic Pro and her chair feels much more solid than this one, but obviously comes with the higher price tag. It’s fine, nothing more and nothing less
