Very disappointing experience with Steve Madden. The order arrived a month and a half late, and the customer service was inefficient, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout the entire process. A company of this size should respect delivery timelines and provide much better service.

I LOVE THIS SANDALS
Love this sandals DOWN!! But the sewing that holds up the sides needs to be a bit more sturdy. . one wearing and the sewing pulled out!! Stronger side straps pleaseeee
