JMI EV3-C Standard Event Horizon Telescope Focuser - Cassegrain

I got this single speed focuser for my 14" LX200 so I could have smooth easy fine focusing. It works great, the only drawback is that the 14" Scopes have limited clearance in Alt Az mode. I tried a few focusers and this one comes closest to clearing the base when pointed at the zenith. If it was 1/4" shorter it would be perfect. I just have to remember to run the focuser in before slewing to an object near the zenith. Well made and good looking.

Ev3 on Meade LX 200 10 inch

Ev3 works great with a 2” diagonal fully racked out I still have room to go to zenith on my fork mounted 10 inch LX 200 5 stars !
