Excellent customer service Ok time delivery and updated throughout process of artist painting

The artwork is beautiful and very well done. However I was disappointed that the painting arrived with several spots and blemishes. Given how long it took for the art to arrive that was disappointing- and rather than wait more time, I had a local artist touch up the piece.

I ordered my painting a couple months ago and still haven’t received it. I checked on your website and it said the order was fulfilled. I reached out to customer service and after a few days they replied that my painting was mistakenly sent to the framers where it has been sitting, although I did not pay to have it framed. I was told it would be sent to me but still haven’t received it. I am contacting my credit card company and getting a refund, unless you can credit me.
