Ground Beef and Bavette Steak Bundle

I love these bavette steaks. They're a perfect size for my Wife and I to share one. We use a sous vide and just throw one in straight from the freezer. 3 hours later I season it and throw it on the grill for a quick sear.

First I want to thank your CS People! When I placed the order I thought I could pick the delivery date. However it was picked for me and I was out of town that day. I contacted your office via phone and was able to change the date when I was home! Thank you! The Bavette steak was terrific! I marinated it with my homemade marinade. I panfried the steak to medium rare and it was outrageous!
