Worse sponge and customer service

I am disappointed with the quality of this sponge. It disintegrated after only a few uses, which indicates substandard quality.

Love the smell - shampoo could be improved

The shampoo doesn't lather which is understandable, however even when I followed instructions and recommended amount to use, it didn't clean effectively, leaving scalp oily. I had to increase the amount used before it worked properly. I wash every alternate day- but have used half the bottle already. For the price, I think there are sufficient products that are sulfate free alternatives in the market. Can't deny that the smell is lovely.
