Free Water Pump Replacements For Life

I like that one of my cats sits in front of it trying to work out what makes it turn on and off. It's been a week. He is drinking more water! He still goes to the other fountains (I have three from different manufacturers).

It took 3 weeks to get a replacement pump. 3 weeks with my kitties drinking from a bowl. Love the fountain, but getting a replacement pump was frustrating.

I love my kitty pump. The size is just right...it's big enough to hold a lot of water, but not so large that it takes up too much space. It's quiet and my cat loves it. My only complaint is that there isn't a meter on it to show the charge level of the battery. I have no idea if I have charged it all the way or if the charger failed and it didn't charge the unit at all or something in-between. Other than that, it's a great unit...well built and constructed. I especially like how they assembled the pump unit. It's all together...easily taken apart for cleaning, but also very sturdy, so it's not going to just fall apart. Very well made!!
