Nice, but not fabulous

Great pattern and I got compliments. The dress runs large, though. I have a 33 inch inseam and can't wear it without high heals. It is also cut wide...especially in the hip area. I followed the size chart.but really could have sized down. Finally, there were many loose threads shooting out of the buttons that don't usually exist in well constructed garmets.
